Lukáš Kintr has served at NÚKIB since 2015 as a Cyber Security Auditor and later as Head of the Audit Unit. In September 2019, he assumed the role of Deputy Director at the National Cyber Security Centre, leading the team responsible for developing the strategy to ensure cybersecurity in the Czech Republic. Since July 2022, he has held the position of Director of the National Cyber and Information Security Agency.
Lukáš Kintr holds a degree in Information Management from Brno University of Technology. During his studies, he focused on ICT practice and enhanced his knowledge and skills in cybersecurity. He has successfully completed various courses and obtained certifications in cyber and information security management. In 2012, he achieved first place in the European BEST engineering competition.
Karina Kubelková has been a member of the Bank Board of the Czech National Bank since July 2022. She is responsible for the Information Systems Department of the bank, including areas related to IS/IT such as cybersecurity. She also oversees the Cash and Payments Department, which manages in particular cash circulation, interbank settlement, and secure operation of payment systems.
She holds a Ph.D. in Economic Policy from the Prague University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in France.
Her professional background includes roles as an economic analyst at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic and the Office of the President of the Czech Republic, as Chief Analyst at the Czech Chamber of Commerce, and as Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic. She was also a member of the Committee on Budgetary Forecasts. She has long-standing academic experience and has participated in research and lecturing programmes at leading universities across Europe. Her expertise lies in applied economic policy, macroeconomic analysis, data evaluation, and forecasting.
